Returns

We hope you are delighted with your purchase from HenryCole.tv. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return your item(s) within 14 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition.
All original tags, packaging, and labels must be attached.
Proof of purchase or order confirmation must be provided.
Personalised or custom-made items cannot be returned unless faulty.

How to Return an Item

Contact our customer service team at orders@henrycole.tv within 14 days of receiving your order.
Include your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return.
We will provide instructions on how and where to send your return.

Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 working days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or card provider to process the refund.

Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

If you require a different size or wish to exchange an item, please contact us as soon as possible. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographs where possible. We will arrange a replacement, exchange, or full refund, including any reasonable return postage costs.
